Structured workout planning
Build workouts, weekly plans and training blocks that match how you actually programme.
Strength training, structured
GoodLift is a strength training app that connects structured workout planning, accurate set-by-set tracking and progression recommendations based on your recorded training.
How it works
GoodLift is built around one loop that serious training depends on: plan structured work, record what you actually complete, then use that history to decide what comes next.
Build structured workouts, reusable templates and repeatable training blocks across your week.
Capture the exercises, sets, weight, reps and RIR you actually completed — set by set.
Review your training history and use recommendations grounded in recorded performance.
The GoodLift workflow
From structured workout planning to set-by-set logging and training insights, GoodLift keeps the whole process connected.
Organise your week into structured training blocks and named workout days, with exercises grouped into circuits. Reuse what works instead of rebuilding a programme from scratch every week.
Log weight, repetitions and RIR for each set as you train, and mark exercises as done. GoodLift keeps an accurate record of what you actually completed — including an estimated one-rep max for every set.
GoodLift turns your completed sets into exercise-level trends, showing how performance is moving over time and giving each progression more context.

Progression
GoodLift uses the training you record to help inform the next progression. Recommendations are grounded in completed sets, recent performance and the programme you are following.
You can also shape the emphasis of your programming — from broad body areas down to specific muscle groups — so your plan reflects your goals. Recommendations are informational guidance to support your decisions, not medical advice or a guarantee of results.
