Delete your GoodLift account
How to delete your account, what to expect, and how to cancel a subscription.
Delete your account in the app
You can start account deletion yourself from inside GoodLift:
- Open the GoodLift app.
- Open Settings.
- Select the account deletion option.
- Follow the confirmation process to confirm the deletion.
- If you can't access the app, or you want help with a data request, contact richard@razorsedgept.com.
Account deletion and subscription billing are handled separately. If you have an active membership, cancel it through the provider you subscribed with (see below) so you are not billed again.
Support-assisted deletion
If you are unable to access the app — for example, you've lost access to your sign-in — or you'd like help with a broader data request, email richard@razorsedgept.com from the email address linked to your account where possible, and we'll assist.
What to expect
The deletion process removes your Firebase login and primary account records. Because of how data is stored and cached, some associated or cached information may require additional cleanup or support assistance. Some limited information may be retained where necessary to complete deletion requests, resolve billing or security issues, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations or maintain limited audit records. Cancel your subscription
Cancel through the provider you used to subscribe:
- Apple subscriptions: manage and cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Website or Stripe subscriptions: use the subscription-management link supplied through your billing flow, or contact support for help.
- Google Play subscriptions: when applicable, manage and cancel through Google Play subscriptions.
Cancelling stops future renewals; your membership generally remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
